Concert Proposals

The number of musicians can vary from 2 to 7.

Special programmes can incorporate the premiere of a new work by a composer (such as a local composer-in-residence).

The use of local writers responding to music or reading from their own work often complements a musical programme.

Educational programmes can be arranged to augment a performance.

Sample Programme especially suitable for smaller Arts Centres or Exhibition Spaces:

Solos and Duos

An hour long programme of music featuring two instruments, both alone and together. Programmes allow for an informal presentation in a small space. The musical content can be organised to reflect visual aspects of an exhibition. This programme has worked well in exhibition spaces at Galway Arts Festival, 2001, Soundshapes, 2002, and Chicago Cultural Center, 2001.
