Great runs from all the athletes who took part in the 2nd leg of the Winter League in Bailieboro on Sunday December 17th. There was some excellent team running and individual performances with wins from Clodagh O'Reilly (U10 girls), Donal Monaghan (U10 boys), Gina Dolan and Francis Moore in the U14 races, Cian O'Reilly in the U16 Boys and Lyla Dolan in the Lady Masters event. 2nd leg Winter League Results

Well, the appalling weather forecast didn't stop some of Ireland's best male and female athletes competing in Cavan for the Annalee AC Road Race crown. Over 120 athletes turned up to run. RESULTS

RESULTS--2006 EVEN AGES CROSS COUNTRY ULSTER CHAMPIONSHIPS, Nov 4th 2006

Congratulations to Clodagh O'Reilly, U10 Ulster Cross Country Champion. Well done also to Donal Monaghan-3rd U10 Boys, Cian O'Reilly-3rd U16 Boys, Gina Dolan 4th U14 Girls, Eadaoin O'Reilly-7th U14 Girls, Diane Trenier-8th U12 Girls, Aine Brady--11th U10 Girls and Aodhagan Watters -11th Boys U10.. The Boys U10 got 3rd Club, the Girls U12 were 2nd County, Boys U12 were 3rd County and Girls U14 were 4th in both club and county competitions. Photos will be posted next week. RESULTS Ulster UnEven Ages Cross Country Championships 22nd October 2006
Killybegs AC hosted the Ulster championships. The course covered the beach and adjacent sandy terrain. Cian O'Reilly is Ulster Champion. He won the U15 Boys 2000m race after leading from start to finish. Gina Dolan was third and Eadaoin O'Reilly 11th in the U13 Girls. Jamie Conaty was 8th in the U13 Boys 1200m. Clodagh O'Reilly was 10th in the U11 Girls and Caoimhin O'Reilly 11th in the U11 Boys and Fionan O'Reilly also medalled in the U19 6000M finishing 7th overall. Annalee teams had a great day. The Girls U13 team won silver in the club competition and contributed 3 athletes to the bronze winning County Team. The Girls U11 were 3rd placed club and the same athletes won 3rd place in the County competition. Boys U11 were 3rd club and 3 athletes were part of the county team which won silver. The Boys U13 team all scored for the County competition where Cavan was 3rd. The Boys U15 were just pipped for a club medal finishing 4th and with only one other athlete entering from Cavan, they didn't have enough runners for the county team. The 2006-2007 race season started on Sunday 24th September in Shercock. The meet was extremely fortunate with the weather and the heavy rain stayed away. Lila Dolan led the way, winning the Lady Masters 2k event. There were also winning performances from Aine Brady, Padraig Moore, Cian O'Reilly, 2nd place finishes from Conor Bates, Yvette Schutten, Fionan O'Reilly and 3rd place finishes from Clodagh O'Reilly, Paul Sexton, Laura Young, Aodhagan O'Reilly.
