Castleblagh Wood  is located about 30 kms North of  Cork City	The woods are 1.5 kms South of the village of Ballyhooly on the N72 Fermoy to Mallow road

Directions....From Cork City, take the N8 North East towards Fermoy. Leave the road at Watergrasshill and head for Rathcormack. In the village, the road swings around to the right. You need to take the next left here. This road will take you to the bridge to the South of Ballyhooly. If you prefer, you could head instead into Fermoy, cross over the bridge and at the church, take the N72 left for Mallow. Once you get to Ballyhooly, take a left South for the bridge.
Just South of this bridge, 5 roads intersect. You should see a house on the corner.
The road to the right of the house heads for Killavullen and Castleblagh Woods West.
The road to the left of the house heads up towards Castleblagh Woods East.
Look for red and white direction signs on the day.
