Lisnabrin Wood Curraglass, Conna, Co. Cork

Lisnabrin Wood is located about 35 kms North East of  Cork City and very close to Tallow.	The woods is 3 kms South-West of Tallow and 2 kms South of the Rathcormarck / Conna to Tallow road.

Directions....You have a choice of 2 routes. Via Midleton or via the N8 Dublin road.
Midleton route.....Go into the centre of Midleton and take the turn off for Dungourney and Tallow (R627). Once you get to Tallow, look for the turn off left for Conna and Rathcormack (R628).  After just over 1 km on this road, you will cross back into County Cork and very soon afterwards, you will arrive in the tiny village of Curraglass. Take the left here and the woods is about 2 kms up this road.
Dublin Road (N8) route....Once you get near to the turn off for Watergrasshill, take it and do not carry on to the toll road. Stay on the old Dublin road and turn off right for Conna and Tallow just before you arrive in Rathcormack. After about 400 metres on this road, watch out for the sharp left for Conna (R628) as it's very easy to go past it. Once in Conna, continue onwards towards Tallow and soon, you will arrive in the tiny village of Curraglass. Turn right here and the woods is about 2 kms up this road.
