Blarney is 8 kms (5 miles) North-West of  Cork City	The Martin Valley Trail starts in Blarney itself.

Directions....Take the N20 Cork to Mallow road. Take the turn off for Blarney. Continue into the town and turn right at a major junction with traffic lights. The start is on the right just up this road. See map above.
Look for Red & White direction markers on the day.
