deerDeer did not always roam at Blenheim House. They were acquired as pets and have since multiplied to a herd. They have no commercial function and spend their days lying in the park enjoying a quiet life. They are particularly attractive in summertime when they don their "Bambi" coats. They are quite tame and curious enough to come up to investigate spectators at the fence.
