First Holy Communion ceremony will take place in
Cloonfad Church on Sunday May 2nd.
There will be a talk given by Fr. Tod Nolan for the parents of
children receiving First Holy Communion this year in the Parochial Hall,

At the inaugural meeting of the Cloonfad/Mozamba partnership project
the following officers were elected.

T.Fitzmaurice. A committee has yet to be elected. A public meeting on the project will be held in the near
future.

IRISH BLOOD TRANSFUSION SERVICE
The opportunity to give blood will arise at Scoil Iosa primary School,
Abbeyquarter, Ballyhaunis on Thursday 4th March from 4.30 to 8.30pm.

LIVING AN ADULT FAITH IN TODAYS WORLD
In an effort to help adults understand more about their faith, two
evening talks will be held in Knock on Monday 1st March, the topic will
be ‘Our Church and other Religions’ and on Monday 8th March, the
topic will be ‘Living as Church People’. Both talks will be given by
Fr. Richard Gibbons. The venue will be the Rest and Care Centre, Knock
from 8 to 9pm
