PRAYER MEETING
Prayer Group meet in the Community Centre on Thursday night at 8.00pm.
 ST. PATRICKS DAY PARADE
A meeting of the above Committee will take place in the Community Centre on Monday 8th March at 9pm. As this will be the second last meeting before the parade we are urging people for their support. All those wishing to have a float, who want to be stewards or willing to help out in anyway, please attend this important meeting.
CLOONFAD UTD
Sun Mar 7th – Premier Division. Cloonfad Utd –v- Moore Utd. Kick off 2.30pm in Cloonfad. Wish just 3 games remaining Cloonfad have a very slender lead and the club are calling on the local community to support the team in these 3 vital games.
SPRING STATIONS
Station Mass for Cloonfad Lower will be held in the home of Margaret & Brian Kirrane & Family on Friday night March 12th at 8.15pm. Anyone wishing to have a Station Mass in their home could you arrange to do so at your convenience.
CLOONARKIN ENVIRONMENTAL WALK
Cloonarkin Environmental Walk takes place each Sunday. Walkers are asked to meet at the head of Cloonarkin Road at 3pm.
LIVING AN ADULT FAITH IN TODAYS WORLD
In an effort to help adults understand more about their faith, a talk will be held in Knock on Monday 8th March, the topic will be ‘Living as Church People’. Both talks will be given by Fr. Richard Gibbons. The venue will be the Rest and Care Centre, Knock from 8 to 9pm
CLOONFAD/MOZAMBA PROJECT
A Board Meeting will take place on Monday night March 8th at 8.15pm. Meeting to discuss the next steps in the proposed Cloonfad/Mozamba Project.
CLOONFAD MAGAZINE 2004
A meeting of the committee will take place on Tuesday March 9th at 8.30pm in the Community Centre. All members are asked to attend.

PRAYER MEETING
Prayer Group meet in the Community Centre on Thursday night at 8.00pm.  All are welcome.
FIRST CONFESSIONS
The pupils in 2nd Class in Cloonfad N.S. will make their 1st Confessions on Thursday March 18th at 1.30pm.  We wish them luck.
SPRING STATIONS
Anyone wishing to have a Station Mass in their home could you arrange to do so at your convenience.

Cloonarkin Environmental Walk takes place each Sunday. Walkers are asked to meet at the head of Cloonarkin Road at 3pm.

Liam Lyons (Westport) will speak at Masses next week-end on the Cloonfad/Mozamba Partnership.  There will be a public meeting on Wednesday night March 24th at 8.30pm in the Community Centre as a ‘Questions and Answers’ session to inform people on the project.  All are welcome.

Unislim takes place on Mondays in the Hazel, Ballyhaunis from 12.30pm to 2pm (Lunchtime) and again at 8.30pm.

A meeting of the Pastoral Council to organise the Easter Ceremonies will take place on Monday night at 9pm in the usual venue.

CLOONFAD/MOZAMBA PROJECT – (Calling all Walkers)
Cloonfad/Mozamba Partnership
After the successful public meeting during the week concerning the Cloonfad/Mozamba Partnership, the following committee members were appointed;  M.Brennan, M. Lowery, E.Burke, C.Corcoran, S.Keadin, M.Keane, Sr. Bernadine, A.Regan (Co-Opted) to assist the five board members.  Calling all Walkers – There will be a 10km sponsored walk in aid of the Cloofad/Mozamba project on Sunday April 25th at 6pm.  Sponsorship cards available from Board Members – Sean Brennan and Terry Fitzmaurice.

– Connacht Cup Rd 5 – Kilkerrin Utd –v-Cloonfad Utd.  Kick Off 2pm in Fr. Lynch Park, Kilkerrin.
ALZHEIMER FOUNDATION
The West of Ireland Alzheimer Foundation ‘Capital Tea Day’ will be held in the Community Centre after Mass on Sat. Apr 3 and Sun Apr 4.  If you would like to share the care with carers of Alzheimer patients please support.
CONGRATULATIONS
Congratulations to Kevin Cummins (70kg) and P.J.Keane (90kg) who won All Ireland medals at the Boxing Championship in Dublin on Friday.  Well done lads.  
LEUKAEMIA TRUST FUND
The Bone Marrow & Leukaemia Trust fund would like to thank the collectors and those that subscribed to the recent Church gate collection.  Amount collected was €223.
