Cloonfad Utd have qualified for the Roscommon Cup Final for the
first time in 11 years. They play Shiven Rovers on the 25th May at a venue
to be decided – Be ready to support your local club on the day.
CEMETERY COMMITTEE
The people from Ballinross, Culkeen, Mountdelvin
station areas are scheduled to meet on Monday evening at 7pm to cut the
grass and attend to the cemetery. You
are asked to bring lawnmowers and strimmers if possible. Our thanks to the people from Newtown, Curragh & Moigh
station area who attended to the cemetery for last month.

The annual Mass for the Cloonfad Prayer Group will

Two members of the Cenacelo Community (Knock) will speak at this
Mass. A wonderful testimony
of their faith journey. All

afterwards in the Community Centre for everybody. Evening starts with Rosary at 7.45pm.

HEALING & RECONCILIATION
(The Conference … May 27 to 29 in Belmont Hotel
Knock) The
Church’s urgent challenge: Healing
and Reconciliation - The need for healing and reconciliation in both
Church and society in Ireland is a great need of our time.
This conference is an attempt, with the aid of expert input from
the contributors, to reflect on these issues as they impact particularly
on the Church in contemporary Ireland.
It will also seek to identify the many resources available to the
Church in its attempt to address these issues.

This group meet on Tuesday nights in the Community
Centre Granlahan from 8 to 9pm. New
members welcome. An
opportunity for Mothers and Grandmothers to come together and pray for

The club are urging the community to come out and support the
lads next Sunday as they bid to win the cup for the first time in 10
years. Coach and mini buses
leave Cloonfad between 12.30-1.00pm.

COMMUNITY GAMES SPORTS
The annual Kiltullagh Community games athletics
events will take place in Michael Glavey’s field on Friday next
commencing at 5pm. Events
from under 6 to 16 Boys and Girls. Competitors must be under the
required age on July 31st.
Winners and runners up in all events progress to Roscommon
finals, and county winners progress to the All Ireland finals in Mosney.
Inter schools Cross Country event will be run at the end of
sports approx 7pm. Parents
of all competitors are asked to help out on the evening.
BOARD OF MANAGEMENT
A meeting of the Board of Management of Cloonfad NS
will be held in the Community Centre on Wednesday night next at 9pm.

COMPUTER COURSE
Enrolment will take place on Tuesday 27th May 2003 at 7.30 p.m. for
the ECDL Computer Course in Dunmore Community School. This course is
suitable for both men and women who have an interest in improving their
computer skills and are free 3 mornings a week. No previous knowledge of

CERTIFICATE
COURSE IN YOUTH MINISTRY
A two-year Certificate course in Youth Ministry will
commence next Autumn at a central location in the diocese.
This course, developed by the Irish Redemptorists, is
specifically designed for those who are already engaged in youth
work/ministry in their local school, community or parish and for those
who would like to get involved. An
information evening will be held in the Monastry, Chapel St, Castlebar
on Monday May 26th at 8pm, and in the Parish Centre, Dublin
Rd, Tuam on Wednesday June 4th at 8pm.

Roscommon/Leitrim league and are in Limerick this weekend participating
