We travelled to Áras an Úactarain on a Taxi. Fr. Heaney met us at the Áras.
Here are Wendy, Dean, Shauna, Sarah Moore, Sarah Burmanje, James, Linda & Ciara outside the Áras.
We stood in a line for a half an hour waiting to meet the president. A clown entertained us.
Eventually we met the President and her husband. We presented her with
Plants we grew from seed
Chocolates made in a local school
Eggs from James' farm
A photo album of our concert with the old folks
a book we wrote about people, places & events which took place in our area,Crowenstown
The president was very nice & told us to relax. Sarah is a twin and she told us she has twins too.
After meeting the president we went to a hall where we ate buns, sandwiches, cakes and drank 7up
We walked around the Áras and saw some beautiful room.
At 4 o`clock we travelled through the phoenix park. We had a great day.
