Here are a few fox photos that you may expect to get in January. I took these all in one day whilst out for a stroll about a week ago. It was about mid day, and the weather was mild and sunny.
You can also see foxes mating in the day in January, the best time is early or mid January and it doesn't matter whether it is blowing a gale and raining, they are still likely to mate in the open during daylight.

them, so keep your eyes peeled, scan the area in
detail and enter into their territory slowly and with
