Before you can view the Flash File, you need to have the latest version of
Flash installed. Not just to view this flash file but to view any other web page
that uses flash.
Here's what will happen if you try to open a webpage, which uses flash.
The page will seem to take forever to open, but be patient and wait a
few minutes. You will then get a Yes or No option to install the latest
version of flash, click on the Yes button and wait about 30seconds.
