Galway Fleadh 2003
Congratulations to the 57 members who competed at the Co. Galway Fleadh in Ballinasloe on the 17th/18th of May. We had four ceili bands and for the first time two grupai cheoil competing in the group competitions. It was our most sucessful year yet with two 1st and a 2nd in the band competitions and a 1st and 3rd in the grupai cheoil competition. Well done to all the group tutors and branch officers for their hard work in the weeks before the fleadh and to all the parents for their support. The Connacht Fleadh is in Swinford on July 5th/6th where our branch will once again be well represented.
