Watercolours 1984 - 2000

Until 2000 I worked mainly in watercolour, often using line with vivid colours. I enjoyed the movement and contrast which this style permitted. As you can see, the style as well as the content changed gradually over time. From the expression of my own feelings and ideas, I moved towards the more figurative work which has brought me into the oil paintings and sculptures which I am now creating.
