Old Farm "Fazenda do Leitão", when of the installation of the Capital Belo Horizonte. 
After having reformed, in 1943, it was transformed at museum. It is treated of a view in the decade of 1930. Today, the area became one of the most important neighborhoods of the Capital, with several universities in turn of the museum.
