The Kinneigh Club has been very active in supporting school participation for some years with a number of Kinneigh Club players representing their schools at the West Cork Schools Cup. The Round House has been the central training facility for a number of the smaller schools and has encouraged greater links within the community.

Coppeen National School Runners-Up in the Mixed Championships. 1st time entry from this school in 2003

The Clonakilty C.C. team made full use of their regular training sessions at the club to lift the West Cork Schools title for the first time in 2001. They went on to complete the hatrick in 2003 and compete in the Munster Schools.

When East met West! (Enniskeane) The 2001 WCTTA National School Final between St. Mary's and Ballymoney was an all Kinneigh affair. St. Mary's had to wait till 2002 to take the title.

In 2000 Kinneigh players were represented in the National School Champions Ballymoney, Enniskeane and Secondary School Champions St.Brogans, Bandon
