THE SALESIAN BULLETIN |
In Ireland The Salesian Bulletin is published
quarterly by the Salesians of Don Bosco as a means of communication
and information about their work, especially for the young, at home
and on the missions. Founded by St. John Bosco in 1877, The
Salesian Bulletin is published in 54 different editions
throughout the world, in a total of 30 languages.
The Irish Bulletin began as the Help of Christians magazine
in 1939. The present editor is Fr Pat Egan, who took over in 1999 from the late Fr
Eddie Fitzgerald, who had edited The Salesian Bulletin for a total of 23 years (from 1961-65 and 1982-99).
