The first thing you must do to join the programme is to fill in the form below. When you have filled in your details click the "Submit" button just once. The form is then e-mailed to us.

When we recieve the form, we will list your details for a free trial period and we will send you an e-mail with the postal address to send your stamps to and the Paypal address if you wish to send an annual subscription. Remember for one years listing you must send either 100 commemorative stamps from your country, 75 Irish commemoratives, or 50 Disney/Cartoon stamps, or a subscription of €10.00 by Paypal. All the stamps must be in good condition. When we recieve your form we will list your details on our site, collectors who fail to send on the appropriate number of stamps will have their details removed from the Exchange List.
