Byrne Cup

Taghmon-Camross had its first win in the Byrne Cup minor football campaign on Sunday January 3 in Taghmon beating Ballyhogue by 0-10 to 1-4. It was a much improved Taghmon performance. The scorers for Taghmon were Adrian Morrissey (0-3), Eoin Leacy (0-3), Eoin Morrissey (0-2), Martin Coady (0-1) and Darren Colfer (0-1). Also good for Taghmon were Shane Fox, Michael O’Gorman and Jonny Waters.

Bord na nÓg AGM

The underage AGM will take place on Monday January 11 at 7:30 p.m. in Taghmon N.S. It has been a successful season for Underage with the successes of the juvenile hurlers and U-10 footballers. All parents and others interested are requested to attend.
