Cut:
If you want to move a file from one folder to another, highlight the file and go to File and select Cut. Then go to the folder that you want to move it to and got to File and select Paste.

Copy:
If you want to copy a file from one folder to another, highlight the file and go to File and select Copy. Then go to the folder that you want to Copy it to and got to File and select Paste.

You can also access the Cut, Copy & Past comands by right clicking on the file or using keyboard shortcuts.

The keyboard shortcuts are:
Ctrl & C = Copy
Ctrl & X = Cut
Ctrl & V = Paste
