3.2.1 Buses

Buses should have a low floor and a ramp that enables everybody,
regardless of their physical capabilities, to get on and off.

The interior layout should permit passengers to move around and space should be reserved for specific needs such as wheelchairs,
pushchairs, bicycles, etc.

Buses should be equipped with an integrated audio/ visual system
that automatically provides information to passengers.

In addition, for buses to be accessible, it is essential that bus stops and stations are similarly equipped.
