I have not wrote a tut for the effect in the below tag, as the steps required
to achieve a similar result are adequately covered in my Rippling Heart Tutorial

Download the Flowing Heart Brush Tips here

To start you off double click on the downloaded Flowing Heart
Brush Tips zip folder, extract the files and then copy or move all the
files to your Brushes Folder usually found in My Documents/My PSP Files

If you are going to use the default size of the Brush Tips which
are 500, I would recommend your Document is 500x500 pixels.

The Rotation settings I used for the Flowing Heart Brush Tips were 0, 30, and 60,

In Animation Shop, set the display times for all frames to 1

These Brush Tips were created by me using PSP 8, they
will therefore work in all higher versions of PSP.

There are no restrictions on my Brush Tips but if you share them
with other groups, will you kindly keep my file names intact.
