Terms and Conditions

• Prices are based on weekly lettings, beginning and ending on Saturday, except where otherwise indicated.
• A non-refundable reservation deposit of 25% of total amount is required and this forms part payment of hire charge. Deposit must be paid before reservation can be confirmed. The balance of rental is payable 4 weeks before arrival, and failure to pay balance may result in house being re-let. Full payment is required when reservation is within 4 weeks of commencement of holiday.
• Provisional reservations by telephone will lapse after seven days unless confirmed in writing with deposit.
• Cancellation must be given in writing and the following charges will then apply:-
  More than 4 weeks before date of arrival: < > Deposit
  2-4 weeks before date of arrrival: < > 50% of total due
  Less than 2 weeks before date of arrival: < > 100% of total due
  If a house is re-let for the cancelled period, the amount forfeited may be used towards the cost of a future booking.
• No refund will be made if a hirer is requested to leave house or leaves of their own accord before the expiration of their booking.
• House must be occupied between 2pm-6pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Arrivals after 6pm should make prior arrangement for collection of keys. Arrival / departure times by arrangement for bank holiday / off-season bookings.
• The maximum number of persons allowed is 5 persons ( to include children), otherwise 4 adults, these limits may not be exceeded.
• Bookings will not be accepted from all young male and / or female parties.
• The house must be left reasonably clean and tidy and all breakages and damage must be paid for before departure.
• Electricity and heating is metered and cost payable by the hirer before departure. Unit price would be prevailing E.S.B. charge.
• Pets are not allowed in house or on grounds.
• Bedroom linen is supplied but cot linen, towels and teatowels are not.
• The management may, at all reasonable times, visit the house.
• Car parking is provided at owners risk.
• Young children should be supervised when using playground equipment.
• Important. It is an express condition that the Management is relieved of liability for any accident, loss or damage which may be sustained by the patrons or their property whether such loss or damage is caused by the negligence of the Management, its servants or agents of otherwise.
