Dedicated by Mr Terence Sheridan of Trim
to the memory of his beloved and affectionate
         wife Jane Malone Sheridan
          who departed this life
       June 11th 1848 aged 34 years

     Oh yes at least 'tis sweet to think
      there may be some remaining link
       some secret sympathetic thread
      between the living and the dead

     The dead to us by destined doom
     but who survive beyond the tomb
     and feel a joy unmarked with pain
    in that great thought we meet again

  Here lieth also the remains of his beloved
      daughter Margaret who died in 1864
              aged 18 years
      Memo his son Rev B J Sheridan S. J.
    died 23rd February 1875 aged 36 years
     his daughter-in-law Rose H Sheridan
       died 2nd April 1878 aged 73 years
        also the above Terence Sheridan
   who died 25th October 1894 aged 85 years
