   Here rests in hope of a glorious 
   resurrection of the just Patrick
   Grenville the pious virtuous and
       dearly beloved husband of
    Maria Grenvile after the space 
  of 3 years past in the sacred frie
   ndship of matrimony  He departed
   this life at Rathmolian July the
 17th 1806 aged 36 years  His discon
   solate wife erected this stone
  A. D. 1808 in testimony of her in
    variable affection esteem love 
    and respect for the memory of
one of the best of husbands  Respected
      where known esteemed where
  allied much loved  He lived and
       deservedly lamented died 
    
          May he rest in peace amen
