NHP Carbon Blades

NHP blades are used by the World's top pilots: Curtis Youngblood - twice World Champion, Kaz Sensui (ex-World Champion) are just some of the names that rely on NHP in order to reach their goals.

NHP blades are manufactured using the most up-to-date techniques and modern aerospace carbon composites. Computer controlled milled metal moulds - accurate to within thousands of an inch - gaurantee that the important blades dynamics such as centre of gravity, profile reproduction, tip shape and strength are faithfully rendered and reach a degree of accuracy that is impossible to achieve using conventional glass-fibre materials.

All NHP blades give better hovering, aerobatics, tracking and power than conventional blades. NHP carbon blades are safer, with carbon roved root areas stronger than any conventional polyester / glass-fibre blades. NHP 60 size blades have been pull tested to over 2400 lbs without failure.

NHP blades are supplied with white covering material and spacers to suit most commonly flown helicopters and are fully balanced at the factory. Model Heli Services carry the full line of both NHP main and tail rotor blades - check out the fitment chart to see which blades suits your heli.

Quick UK Composite Rotor Blades

These superb new composite blades are hand made by Quick UK's own highly skilled laminator and represent outstanding value for money.

All their blades are finished in high gloss white and are supplied in matched pairs, both overall weight and spanwise CG are carefully checked so that your blades are ready to use straight away.

Blade construction is of the highest quality, ensuring structural integrity in even the most extreme flying conditions. Both leading and trailing edges are reinforced with high strength carbon fibre whilst the main construction utilises glass fibre cloth and resin. A specialist foam centre core ensures excellent surface shape retention during high G manoeuvres.

Superbly finished with efficient swept tips, fully symmetrical sections and reinforced brass root bushings these blades offer outstanding "all round" performance, great hovering stability and excellent autorotational and aerobatic performance.
