Cert is the State Training Agency responsible for providing a trained workforce for the Hotel, Catering and Tourism Industry. It offers a wide range of training courses for those wishing to pursue a career in this field and for employees in the industry who want to develop new skills.Grants are available for a number of courses including free training, meals, a weekly training grant and a uniform allowance.Courses and seminars for managers and supervisors are available throughout the year.
