Amergin Records

...is, at the moment, just a front name for my website. I have recorded two albums of my songs at Simon Taylor's 'Coad Mountain Studios' with the help and collaboration of a number of local friends/musicians, four of these musicians play and record under the name of Strange Bru, the other, Adrian Caudwell, has played and sung with a number of bands in the area over the last decade or more. The two albums mentioned can be listened to by going to the Paradigm link, hopefully I'll get a section done for Strange Bru in the near future, and you never know where it'll go from there.

  27th May 2000: I have been working on StudioCraft (my TreeWare Macintosh Graphics Application) for the last month or so and have neglected any other updates to the web site. I hope to have the first Beta version of StudioCraft 2000 ready to download within the next few weeks and will post a note above. We are also working away on our 'Dormitory' extension, the walls are up to about six feet and most of the window frames have been done. Work has started on the oak lintels and the Valentia Slate lintels have been delivered.

  21st May 2000: Had a great session last night with Adrian, Kris, Steve A and Meyrick. Trees all growing well and the orchard is looking great. Peadear down from Limerick for a few weeks helping out with the Dormitory Carpentry.
