Chun cur le cúrsaí forbartha na fóirne, tá fonn ar an gCumann anois feabhas a chur ar a gcuid áiseanna i nGallarus, chun gur féidir freastal a dhéanamh, ní hamháin ar na h-imreoirí ata ann fé láthair ach, ar na glúinte imreorí atá le teacht.  Ar na feabhsacháin atá i gceist tá Seomraí Chruinnithe, Aiseanna Traenála agus Gort Imeartha do'n scoth.

Tá 192,000 euro ceadaithe go fial ag Roinn na Gaeltachta chun a Clubtheach nua-dheartha seo a thógaint sara fada.  Beidh ar an gCumann féin 20% do chostas iomlán na tógála a sheasamh.

Chuige seo, tá sé beartaithe againn feachtas bailliúcháin airgid a bhunú - Club 500 atá i gceist.  Bainfidh costas 100 euro le Ballraíocht sa Chlub do 5 tharrac - ag tosnú mí Feabhra agus ag críochnú i mí na Bealtaine 2004.

Beidh deis ag lucht leanúna na Gaeltachta tacaíocht a thabhairt do'n gCumann tré bhallraíocht a thógaint sa Chlub 500 seo, chun cabhrú linn 'sna todhchaí'.
Tá an Cumann bródúil as an méid atá déanta acu ar son an phobail agus ar son na dúichí tríd na mblianta.  Is iarracht phobail atá i gceist agus táimid ag iarraidh ar gach éinne tacaíocht a thabhairt dúinn sa bhfeachtas seo ar son na Gaeltachta.
Chomh maith le ballraíocht aonair, d'fhéadfadh clan/lion tí iomlán teacht le chéile chun ticéad a cheannach eatartha.  Is féidir ticéad a cheannach le h-airgead trim, le seic nó le h-Ordú Bainc.

Bheimís buíoch díbh dá gcabhrídh sibh linn sa bhfeachtas seo chun bonn láidir a chur fúinn do's na glúinte atá le teacht chomh maith le h-imreorí an lae inniu.

Side by side with these achievements on the field of play, the Club has, for some time, embarked on a programme of much needed development of our facilites at Gallarus.  We believe that there is a serious need to build a new Clubhouse, improve the quality of our field, embark on an ambitious programme of overall improvement to spectator comfort, provide a decent commentary box for the many games that are covered by Radio na Gaeltachta, Radio Kerry, TG4 and reporters throughout the county and province.  We also need to improve greatly on the field lighting, the security of the field and other alterations of great need.

Some 200+ train and play on Gallarus pitch every week and, during the Summer, that number increase hugely.  No football field can possibly remain in decent condtion without great care and almost professional attention.  It would be very important, sometime in the future, to extend our playing facilites.  But, with our games becoming increasingly popular, that is a huge problem for many clubs.

Recently, our Coiste recieved 192,000 euro from the Dept. of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs for grant aid towards all our developments.

The Club itself must provide 20% of the entire cost.

To this end, we are embarking on a Fundraising campaign, the main plank of which will be a Club 500 Draw.

The cost of membership will be 100 Euro for 5 monthly Draws (20Euro for each Draw) - the beginning in Feb 2004 and ending in  May 2004.

This is an oppurnity for all Gaeltacht supporters and friends to help to provide facilites for our young people into the future.  We are proud of what has been achieved with our limited resources and we are grateful to everybody who contributed over the years, especially in times that were not so easy.

This is a community effort, and, the facilites will always be available to people in the community.  Individuals can purchase membership, families or groups of individuals can come together to do likewise and Tickets can be purchased by cash, by cheque, by post-dated cheques or by Banker's Order.

Please help us to build a healthy future for our club - not just for the present generation of successful players but for the potential of all our young people into the future.
