Uneven Age and Novice Cross Country Results from 30th September Shercock meet

The weather wasn't kind but that didn't stop Annalee athletes from turning out to run in the County Cavan Uneven Ages Cross Country held at the Pitch & Putt Course  in Shercock on Saturday 30th September. All the athletes performed very well despite the  heavy rain and soft muddy conditions. The points from the events gave Annalee AC a healthy lead of 40 points after the first day of the Cross Country competition. Gold medals were awarded to Aine Brady (U9 Girls), Clodagh O'Reilly (U11 Girls), Eadaoin O'Reilly (U13 Girls), Cian O'Reilly (U 15 Boys), Aodhagan O'Reilly (U17 Boys) and Fionan O'Reilly (U1Boys). Silver medals went to (U9 Boys), Ciara Murray (U11 Girls), Louis Coleman (U11 Boys), Gina Dolan (U13 Girls), U13 Boys), Damien McKiernan (U15 Boys) and David Brannigan (U17 Boys). Bronze medals were won by Orla Brady (U9 Girls), Orla Murphy (U11 Girls), Aodhagan Watters (U11 Boys), Uilliam O'Regan (U15 Boys) and Ciaran Fitzpatrick (U17 Boys).

 Annalee AC teams won gold in the following events, U11 Girls, U11 Boys, U13 Girls, U13 Boys, U17 Boys  and silver medals went to the Novice Ladies team. Full results available(courtesy of Hugh Fitzpatrick)--- Click Here.
