2006 journal is now available

Cork Genealogical Society came into being at an inaugural meeting on 15th March 1994, when a few enthusiasts promoted the idea and attracted over 50 people to the first meeting. Since then we have met on the second Tuesday of each month in at 8pm, with a speaker at each meeting followed by a discussion. Meetings are held in January, February, March(AGM), April, May, September, October, November and December. Membership is on a yearly basis and begins in January. Annual Fee is 15 Euro and this includes all meetings and newsletters. Outings and Workshops take place from time to time.     has moved from Liberty Street to Adelaide Court and  has research facilities on Wednesdays. Please ring beforehand to make an appointment. Records form Mallow are now in Adelaide Street also.

Family history centre will store your Family History for you if it is in .ged format eg. from a program such as Family Tree Maker. So get going. If your reading this you have a computer so there's no excuse.
