The prayers of many a pedestrian with diarrhoea problems has been answered. Recently opened near the Crom-A-Boo bridge, this Public Toilet has been nicknamed many different things, most notably and best descriptively, the Crom-A-Boo Loo. Feeling it was our duty to the town we set on down to capture the true spirit of the loo, inside and out.
After paying the nominal fee you are allowed into this space age lavatory (check out the pictures). It has every modern convenience of a normal toilet, but a bidet was absent instead replaced by the ever reliable toilet paper (or if you’re from this area, Bog Roll). The quality of this toilet paper left a lot to be desired and it is suggested the County Council should get hold of a large bulk of Kleenex “Quilted” toilet tissue.
After thoroughly putting it through it’s paces, it has to be said that the toilet seat has the tendency to be slightly uncomfortable if you are in for a “tough one”.
And leading on to the next problem, which can’t be avoided, is that you should make sure you’re finished before the given 20 minutes as the toilet door will open leaving you if you’re so unfortunate with your trousers down.
