Accommodation

We will be staying at the delightful, small, 3 star family-run Aphrodite Beach Hotel of Gregoria and Tassous. It is superbly situated on the shores of the Mediterranean, overlooking a sandy beach and in the foothills of the Akamas mountains. The hotel consists of 40 spacious double bedrooms, all with balconies (sea and mountain views), comfortable beds, ensuite bathroom, telephone and air conditioning. If you are coming on your own and wish to share, we will find you a suitable rooming mate. If you wish to have a room to yourself, a single supplement applies.


Meals
All meals at the hotel are served on the open-air terrace overlooking the panoramic coastline of the Akamas peninsula and Aphrodite beach - an idyllic and tranquil setting designed to enhance the tastebuds!

Typical Cypriot breakfasts consist of freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly baked village bread, local honey, native halloumi cheese, greek yoghurt, fruits in season, tea, coffee and herb teas.

Evening meals are traditional Cypriot fare including hoummous, taramosalata, dolmades (stuffed vine leaves), moussaka, and delicious fresh fish locally caught.

One of the charms of this area is to sample different local cuisine in nearby tavernas. These evening meals are not included in cost. Average cost of a 2 course meal is approx €10 - €12. Beverages are not included.
