Ethos
An
integral part of this soul journey are the yoga sessions which help
us deepen our connection with our bodies. This daily practice is
a vital and an essential component of the work I offer. (My style
of 'slow yoga' is ideal for all levels, including beginners.)
This is more than just a 'holiday', it is a 'soul journey' - a time
to rekindle spiritual awareness and attunement to self through healthy
diet and relaxed 'be-ing'.
Alcohol
consumption is not a part of this 'soul journey.'
