crafts people and non-profit organisations.
Owned and managed by its staff as a workers' co-operative,we
aim to bring together ideas, people, resources and influence
to challenge normal working practices.
We are committed to fresh thinking and are always open to new

Since 2001 we have been a part government part privately funded
organisation that is dedicated towards helping people achieve their
fullest potential through reintegration back into society after
difficulties in their lives.
This could be anything from living through domestic violence,
drug addiction or coming out of prison to simply having been a single
parent for many years and wanting to get back to work.
We now have a modest number of workers that provide tailor-made
outreach support and are specially trained to offer impartial guidance
and non-judgmental advice.
We promote a greater understanding of core issues facing many
today and aim to breakdown the barrier of fear and ignorance that
so often hinders a capable, competent person assuming the role they
might otherwise have.
