To compile such an informative, user friendly and up to date website dedicated to Tournafulla would have been impossible without the help, direction and innovation of David O' Grady and Catherine Hartigan.

Since the development of other websites in this project "Gateway to the West" , the tasks of researching the information is becoming less daunting as experience is gained through tireless efforts of producing a site that includes everyone, be it a historic figure in an areas history or the local butcher. I hope that all information within the site is correct at time of launch.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff of As Dúchas Dóchas for their support and a special thanks to Liam Mulvihill, the very informative Limerick Diocese Website dedicated to researching parish by parish in West Limerick. I would also like to thank Norma Healy and Noreen Curtin, editors of "Ceol Cois Allachain", Liam O Lioneachain, editor of "Failte go Tuar na Fola" and also all those involved with "The history of Tournafulla GAA club 1900-1984".Also Helen Broderick and everybody who helped me with the research for this site. Finally I want to thank Aileen Dillane and the staff of Newcastle West library.
