The Goal Post is a lively bar owned by Kathleen & Sean Harnett. Located opposite the GAA Pitch, the name is very appropriate. The bar has a recently built pool room, jukebox and dartboard and has the distinction of being the oldest building in the village. The Goal Post is recommended for a relaxing pint, friendly service and a chat!!

Still sometimes known locally as Connie's, this bar has changed owners and has been newly decorated. Now in the capable hands of Peter & Mary, it has a poolroom, jukebox, dartboard and poker machine. Always a lively spot but good also for a quiet relaxed pint. Look out for their infamous pool tournaments and Karaoke nights!
