Tears of joy re-echoed ‘round Tour once again,

Celebrating after Ballina in their All-Ireland win,

Playing together sweetly for four to five years,

Victorious, emotional, shedding joyous tears.

Jody Collins on the piano accordion, his profile did greatly soar

Boyish, smiling, happy genius of Glenmore

Talented cousin Teresa on the tin whistle with joyful glee

Delighted to be part and parcel of historic victory.

Niall Curtin on the banjo was magic personified

His great talent in the final, highly exemplified

Sister Rosemary radiant, each note to a tee

Great ambassadors for parents Noreen and Davie.

Strand was represented by the mighty Padraig King

John and Mary were ecstatic as he made the rafters ring.

Marina and Elaine did Mountcollins proud,

On the flute and concertina bravely played aloud,

Mother Mary beamed with radiance, with a happy smile,

As father Davey celebrated with the accordion, in his own inimitable style,

Brigid and Liam Broderick, their first cousins from Tour,

Played with zeal and confidence their music soft and pure,

Helen wept emotionally, her hard work had paid rich dividends

Denis enjoyed the banter-happy among all his friends.

Elaine and William Pierce on the fiddle and the flute,

Wide traveled musicians, harmonic and astute.

David Guiry on the accordion, impressed with Ballina,

Outstanding Miriam O’Donovan, revelational with the concertina

For Declan Reidy , the All Ireland was his long life dream

Creative accordion player son of Terence and Eileen.

Catherine Kelly on the accordion was majestic and sharp,

Musical Notes reverberated from Suzanne Quille’s harp.

Lily Vaughan great on the accordion, queen of Knockanaire,

Conor O’Sullivan on the fiddle full of originality and flair.

For Padraig O’Sullivan it was a lifetimes dream

Sportsman, accordion player son of Patrick and Noreen

Bridget Murphy harmonic, beamed with pride and joy

All Ireland win in Ballina, great celebrations by and by.

The bonfires blazed all over Tour, as the flames reached the sky.

The winners ecstatic in victory, hosted up on high.

A truly memorable success, a great All Ireland win.

Well done, well done, well done again to brilliant teacher Tim.

Patiently he encouraged those heroes with great care,

Dedicated, ambitious, full of adventure and flair.

Each parent too deserves their praise in this remarkable feat,

Victory, sweet victory you’ll never know defeat,

Cherish the sweet memories as you go to and fro

All Ireland victory from sweet Tour, in the County of Mayo.
