Hobbies and interests - I love preaching, and have travelled extensively to do so. Writing is also very important and even if I do say so myself, I have written some very important 5th century stuff, including the Confessio and the Epistle To Coroticus. I'm big on church building too, though I don't do the actual building my-self, mind you. I like hill - walking too - I once spent forty days of Lent on what is now known as Croagh Patrick (after me, of course)

Achievements - People think that I threw all the snakes out of Ireland but I can't claim that one. There weren't any to begin with. I mean, New Zealand hasn't any snakes and I've never even been there. I try to have as little to do with reptiles as possible. There were Christians here before me but I must say that I added to their numbers somewhat and tried to organise the lot of them. It involved a lot of walking and preaching but I must say was worth the effort because no mater where you go in Ireland, there is a street or a town named after me. Perhaps my greatest achievement to date is being able to make a large percentage of the world's population go absolutely Patrick-crazy for my birthday. They even turn their rivers and beer green for me. What can I say!

Additional information - I should really add, just for the record, of course, that I died in 490 A.D. Just a minor point, of course, because when you take my importance into account, you'll see that I'm probably more popular dead than I was when I was alive. Isn't it always the same. I do make it rain practically every St. Patrick's Day, though, just to remind people that I'm still around.

Referees -
Mr. Milchu, Sheep owner
Mr. Milchu is deceased, however and I haven't seen him up here at all. Always was a bad lot anyway. Probably responsible for current outbreak of foot and mouth disease.

Pope Celestine, Pope (deceased) Gave me my first big break when he sent me back to Ireland to straighten out those Pagans. Who knows where I would be to-day without him ? Whoever heard of Saint Maewyn Succat? Is one of the good guys so is contactable up here.
