Here's a brief outline of my experience to date:
I left full employment with Microsoft in May of 1998 to pursue a solo venture in Software Training.

I specialise in Microsoft product training notably the Office Standard suite i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

I have also given Training on NT4.0 and Windows '95/'98 as well as covering Internet connection and Outlook Express and Exchange.

I recently designed a Print Management class for Xerox, which taught the set-up and maintenance of printers on different Operating Systems. I have also given classes on MS Project 4.x and '98.
I have written manuals for all of the above classes with the exception of MS Project '98.
My experience comes for almost 10 years in the Computer Software industry, notably with Microsoft where I started life as a Software Test Engineer, moving into the Test Team Lead role and finally as Test Manager. I was greatly involved in the Microsoft in-house Training. I also setup the European Microsoft technical Support center for 'The Microsoft Network', which involved a great deal of Training on Windows '95 and mailing concepts.
