| Arrivals and Departures: Unless agreed otherwise rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. To give us adequate time to prepare the property, we ask you to check-out before 10.00am on departure day. Check-in is after 16.00hrs. . |

| Surcharges: Oil fired central heating are extra by meter reading and payable on departure. . |

| Secure Booking: Deposit of € 100.00 (non refundable) per week required with booking. Balance of full account due six weeks before commencement of rental. |

| Damage Security Deposits: A security deposit of € 60.00 is required. This is held against damage, breakage and loss and is refunded, less any legitimate deductions. |

| Balance Payment Methods: Balance of payment is paid by direct wire transfer, bankers draft in Euros, Euro Cheque or by cheque drawn on an Irish bank.Credit card with PaypaL. |
