The above prices are meant to be a guide only
final prices offered will depend on several factors including condition of
machines/gameS, condition of boxes, WHETHER INSTRUCTION MANUALS ARE PRESENT,
etc. Note approximate prices above will be paid
for WORKING systems and games IN GOOD CONDITION. Systems must come with all necessary leads i.e. power
supply, TV lead, tape recorder/disk drive lead (if applicable) or price will
be affected. Consoles must come with at least one working controller and
electronic games must have intact battery compartment door or price will be
affected! GAMES MUST BE ORIGINAL - NO PIRATED COPIES WILL BE BOUGHT! Items in very good condition will be worth more than the above prices. Average-poor condition machines/games are not
worth as much, while items in very tatty boxes will be worth significantly
less than the boxed price quoted. See
below if you have non-working machines. IF YOU DONT SEE THE TYPE OF MACHINE YOU HAVE IN YOUR ATTIC IN THIS
PRICELIST, DONT HESITATE TO GET IN TOUCH FOR A QUICK QUOTE! If you have something that you wish to sell, simply call the number
below or send an e-mail to the address at the foot of the page detailing as
well as possible what you wish to sell and its condition if you wish to
sell a console or computer with lots of games you dont have to list each
game individually, just tell us how many games there are and what condition
they are in (e.g. boxed/unboxed, with or without instructions, etc). Well get back to you with an offer and can
then arrange a time to pick the items up or whether you wish to deliver them
to us (well pay extra!) or post them to us.
For people outside
the Dublin area we will happily pay postage if you need to send the goods to
us, however we can only provide payment after the items have been
received and inspected. we will,
however, give you a price range of what we expect to be able to pay you (For
example, if you own an unboxed vectrex with 5 boxed games, Complete and in
good working order we may give you a quote of between 60 and 70 for them,
plus your postage costs). if you have
a digital camera, polaroid camera or scanner and can send or e-mail us
pictures of the items, then that will help us to give you a better price
estimate. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYTHING WITHOUT CLEARING IT WITH US FIRST!! THE ONLY
MACHINES/GAMES WE WILL NOT CONSIDER ARE SONY
PLAYSTATION AND PLAYSTATION 2 NINTENDO GAMECUBE NINTENDO GAMEBOY,
GAMEBOY COLOR AND GAMEBOY ADVANCE MICROSOFT XBOX OLD PCS AND MACS We will
pay 5 for broken machines (more for select machines, such as the Vectrex or
ZX80) or machines without leads or power supplies as long as they are
undamaged. SORRY, BUT IF WE CANT SEE A MACHINE UP AND RUNNING BEFORE WE BUY WE
WILL HAVE TO TREAT IT AS NON-WORKING! For
obviously damaged machines (i.e. with cracks/breaks/holes) we may consider
paying up to 5 for them if we deem them fixable or if parts can be salvaged
from them dont be afraid to get in touch! We will
also pay 50c each for spare connecting leads and 2 each for spare (working)
power supplies. For any other items
(e.g. data recorders, disk drives, microdrives,
joystick interfaces, lightguns, console add-ons,
etc) feel free to e-mail! With regard to unboxed cartridge games we
need to see each game up and running before purchasing or we will have to
treat them as non-working. Well also consider buying any gaming bits and pieces you might have lying around, such as empty game or system boxes, instruction manuals, advertising flyers, computer game magazines, catalogues from game manufacturers, etc as long as they are from the 70s, 80s or early 90s.
