Occupation |
Weekly means Saturday to Saturday, arrival time Stays of less than a week can be arranged subject to
availability and at a reduced weekly rate subject to numbers. Typically these will be short notice
bookings. |

Electricity |
Electricity charged separately. Charged as metered and at standard rates of Electricity
Supply Board. Central Heating in on Night Rate meter. |

Payment |
Full payment is required 10 weeks in advance of booking
including damage deposit. A non
refundable deposit of 20% of the full amount is payable at time of booking. Copy of passport or similar identification
required before occupation |

|
Cancellation |
Up to ten
weeks before date of arrival. No refund of any rental or booking charges is
available on or after this date. |

|
Linen |
Towels and Linen included in cost. |
|
|
Cleaning |
For bookings of three weeks or greater, additional
cleaning will be arranged at 50. |

|
Row Boat |
Available on request. Subject to signing indemnity. |
|
|
Pet Supplement |
Available on Request dependent on size and number of
pets. |
|
|
Security Deposit |
Security deposit of 500 payable in advance. This will be returned by cheque within one
week following departure and inspection.
Electricity charge, as agreed with tenants, will be deducted from this
deposit. |

Liability |
Neither the owner nor their employees / agents can accept liability for any
personal injury, loss or damage. |
|
|
Availability |
Please e-mail with your preferred weeks. |

House Swap |
Proprietors would consider a house swap for 2 or 3 weeks during
June, July or August. |
