The Ballymacelligott Handball Club represented Kerry in three Divisions at Feile Na nGael, which was held in Wexford at the weekend.

The boys 60 X 30-team beat Kilkenny in the final 21-6 21-4.

The captain was Gene Griffin and the rest of the team members were Gary O' Connor, Padraig McCarthy & Shane Twomey.

The girls 40x20 team beat Wicklow in the final 21-10 21-12.

The team captain was Grainne De Lacy and the rest of the team were, Marie Daly, Karen Culloty, Sandy McSwiney & Amanda Culloty.

Marie Daly also won the skills competition for the second year running

. Also competing were the boys 40x20 team who after putting up a gallant effort failed to reach the finals. The team captain was Denis Keane and other players, Liam Thompson, Denis Buckley, Patrick Brosnan & Brian O'Connor.
