Hate to pick this one but, Kint (Spacey) tells the whole story implicating himself as an accessory to murder, theft & extortion yet Kujan (Palminteri) doesn't arrest him! as supposedly he has nothing to hold him...except the confession he just gave him.

 

BATMAN

Building the Batcave & all his gadgets would have required a load of contract work and invoices, but no one could trace the paperwork back to Bruce Wayne (Michael Keaton).

 

SEVEN

No courier service in the world would deliver a box dripping with blood to the middle of nowhere.

 

THE GAME

When Nicholas (Michael Douglas) jumps off the building he's saved by a giant airbag, but no one seems to have catered for him if he had have jumped off the other side.

 

MATRIX

Maria (Julie Andrews) makes clothes out of the curtains because of the strict naval attire of the Von Trapp's, but was there enough curtains for seven children, and how were they made so quickly without a sewing machine, and aren't they uncomfortable?

 

THE I.T. IN INDEPENDENCE DAY

David Levinson (Jeff Goldblum) hooks up his Apple Mac withthe unearthly computer to download a virus. How he can do this when the rest of the world can't plug in a printer is beyond belief.

If Sam Wheat (Patrick Swayze) can walk through walls without thinking about it, why doesn't he fall through the floor?

Obe Wan (Alec Guinness) says it was stormtroopers who attacked the Jawa's because the blast points are so accurate, hard to believe seeing as a few scenes later the same troopers can't hit the massive Millennium Falcon.

 

ROCKY IV

Rocky (Sylvestor Stallone) trains for his fight in Rocky IV by running a mountain to a Go-West soundtrack, does an enormous number of slow-motion sit-ups but at no point does he throw a punch, he never had one sparring partner, you can't train for a professional boxing match without, y'know, boxing.

 

BLAIR WITCH

A malevolent force is chasing you through a hazardous forest, if they're gonna lug the cumbersome camera equipment around, they could have at least use it to rewind to earlier where they looked at the map with the camera and find their position.

 

FOUR WEDDINGS AND A FUNERAL

Charles (Hugh Grant) is the only one who ever had a conversation with Carrie (Andie McDowell), so why did everyone else get invited, and do any of them have jobs?

Anyway office blocks like that are equipped with safety glass, it wouldn't have cut his feet in the first place. And when the police cut the power, the bathroom goes to emergencey power, but the vault doesn't??

The inhabitants of Skull Island went to great trouble to build a vast wall to keep Kong confined, so why did they put big fucking gates large enough for the gibbon to stroll through.

 

MEN IN BLACK

I have no faith in these Men In Black, they only assign two agents, one who's a trainee, to a case that determines Planet Earth's future.
