On this site, we shall tell you where to look for bats and which species you are most likely to see.We would like to suggest some delightful options to make your holiday in this part of Ireland "wild" in the natural sense. 	Notes on bat watching Buy or borrow a bat detector to take full advantage of bat-watching. Wear proper outdoor clothing and bring a first aid kit. Always leave word at your residence of your intended destination and a likely return time. Do not disturb others on your rambles. Close all gates and avoid livestock. Be visible on countryroads Be careful near water or boggy land.
