An Chomhairle approved the report of Director of Services/City Engineer dated 3rd April 2003 regarding Extinguishment of Public Right of Way at Parkway Drive to Leesdale, Model Farm Road, Cork.

On the proposal of Comhairleoir Michael O' Connell, seconded by Comhairleoir Brian Bermingham, An Chomhairle adopted the following resolution:-

"It is resolved that the public right of way over the pedestrian laneway heading in a North - South direction, connecting 30 and 31 Parkway Drive to 7 Leesdale and 31 Parkway Drive extending for approximately 34.8 metres shall be extinguished forthwith.

City Manager to prepare and arrange for immediate execution by Cork City Council the required Form of Order."
