classes are taught in the Classical Hatha Yoga Style. Anne also includes ideas & methods taken from the other styles she has studied in the last 15 years, particularly Iyengar Yoga & Dynamic Yoga. The groups are small so students get plenty of personal attention and progress quickly (biggest class 10 students, most groups around 6). Her style is thorough, grounded in personal practice and solid formal training, yet there is always fun to be had in her classes too! For her it is simply about doing Yoga together to enhance the joys of this human life, and reduce its pains. Areas of expertise & personal experience include: Cancer, Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Stress, RSI and other postural problems, Corporate Health (desk ergononomics in particular), Scoliosis, Sacro Iliac Joint Dysfunction, Energy Levels issues, Digestive Problems, Nutrition, Energetic Effects of Yoga Practice.
