classes are taught in the Classical Hatha Yoga Style. Anne also includes ideas &
methods taken from the other styles she has studied in the last 12 years,
particularly Iyengar Yoga & Dynamic Yoga. The groups are small so students get plenty of personal attention and progress quickly (biggest class 12 students, most groups around 6)

- Monday afternoons - City Centre - Seraph Yoga centre, 15 Heytesbury Street, Dublin 2.
Mum & Baby Yoga - 15.45 to 16.45 (studio open for 15 minutes before and after class to allow time to feed/change baby etc). Yoga to stretch, tone and relax Mum, and a little bit of Yoga for Baby too, in a cosy & friendly environment. No class on Bank Holiday Mondays. 75 euro for 6 weeks. Starting Monday 21 September.

Classical Hatha Yoga for Energy & Relaxation: mixed ability classes for anyone who wants to feel rested and revived after their Yoga Practice. Also very beneficial for those suffering from low moods and anxiety. 160 euro for 12 weeks (pro-rata if joining during the term). No class on Bank Holiday Mondays. Next course starts Monday 12 October. Please check before attending, there are currently waiting lists for both classes.

CLASS 1 - 18.15 to 19.45 Classical Hatha Yoga for Energy & Relaxation
Classical Hatha Yoga for Energy & Relaxation: mixed ability classes for anyone who wants to feel rested and revived after their Yoga Practice. Also very beneficial for those suffering from low moods and anxiety. 150 euro for 10 weeks (pro-rata if joining during the term). Next course starts Tuesday 13th October and spaces might be available.
CLASS 2 - 19.45 to 21.00 Pre-natal Yoga. Time out to relax the mind and strengthen the body at this time of change. An enjoyable and safe way to keep physically fit, to work through the emotional ups & downs of Pregnancy, and to prepare for the birth. Suitable from the 12 week check-up until the due date. 90 euro for 6 weeks, start anytime you like. Places available to join any time.

Suitable from the 12 week check-up until the due date. 105 euro for 6 weeks, start anytime you like when there is space, please enquire first as there is usually a waiting list
