The impressive building is on an elevated site; enjoy panoramic views from two spacious balconies. There is a large swimming pool and a beautiful semi tropical garden with extensive lawn. Relax, sunbathe and indulge in the facilities of the pool bar / restaurant. Nueva Andalucia is a beautiful area and boasts of international championship-standard golf courses. 5 minutes drive straight down the hill is Puerto Banus, world famous for its luxury yachts, yachting fraternity, boutiques, trendy nightlife, first class restaurants, nightclubs and bars. Marbella is a ten minute drive away where you can enjoy a walking along the extensive pedestrian promenade.

A visit to the intriguing Old Town area should not be missed. Explore the narrow cobbled streets and the famous tranquil, picturesque Orange Square where one can ‘watch the world go by’ over a leisurely drink. In the other direction is the town San Pedro with its own particular charm. Along the coast are beach bars where food and drinks are served all day long and you can spend the whole day swimming and relaxing on the beach in the sun or shade. Malaga airport is 45 minutes drive away. For full Satellite facilities in the apartment please bring your own Sky card. There is wheelchair access at the entrance to the building and a 24 hour reception. Pets are not allowed in the building.
