Situated on the north side of the main coast road between Fuengirola and Marbella, this modern split level house has panoramic sea views and is just a five minute walk from the beach, via a handy underpass. It is part of a very quiet development - set on various levels - with its own large pool and very pretty gardens. We also have other similar properties.

The house itself comprises a double, and a twin bedroom - one with large balcony with sea views, and a full-size upstairs bathroom. Downstairs there is a further toilet / cloakroom plus a fully fitted / equipped kitchen - with gas cooker and hob, fridge-freezer and washing machine - separated from the salon by an arched breakfast bar. The salon / dining room comprises dining table / chairs and a comfortable three-piece suite with sofabed - plus Spanish-style fireplace - and has large French windows leading on to the terrace, with barbecue, dining furniture and loungers. There is a supermarket and several bars and cafés just a short walk away, as well as a highly recommended beach bar. Altogether an ideal beach holiday location.
